Hey not a problem. We will actually be staying at a small local hotel. Two participants to a room and bedding is not provided so they will need to bring sheets and a light blanket. The hotel will have AC and we have showers with some hot water. J This is definitely a blessing! I don't think it will be necessary to have an air mattress. The hotel is said to be comfortable and clean.
